120 g of Lugrade Golden Bacalhau Loin slices
2 oranges
1 lime
Pink pepper to taste
Olive oil to taste

Preparation

Arrange the Golden Bacalhau Loin slices on a serving dish, drizzle with a little olive oil, and sprinkle with orange and lime zest.

 

 

Finish with a few orange segments and pink pepper.
