CHEF AMBASSADOR OF LUGRADE’S SALTED DRIED RAY

Chef Noélia Jerónimo has had a career filled with challenges and achievements. The “Chefs’ Cook”, as she is affectionately known, considers it a huge privilege to have cooked alongside Justa Nobre, José Avillez, Rodrigo Castelo, Vitor Matos, Leonel Pereira, and Guy Doré.

She has been a regular presence at numerous events such as Chefs On Fire, Rock in Rio, and the Estoril Open… She also served as a judge on two editions of the Masterchef Portugal TV show, broadcasted on RTP.

She was the first female chef to receive the Chef of the Year distinction in 2021 from the Guia Boa Cama Boa Mesa, and the first woman to join the Disciples of Escoffier in a ceremony held in Madeira, presided over by Chef Benoit Sinthon.

In 2024, she entered the Michelin Guide with her restaurant Noélia, located in Cabanas de Tavira, as a recommended restaurant. She also opened her second restaurant, Marina com Noélia, in Olhão, operating under a consultancy and partnership agreement with the Real Marina Hotel Olhão—which was named Restaurant of the Year by the NIT Awards in 2025. Simultaneously, she won the Chef of the Year award from the largest online magazine.

2025 marks the year she officially becomes the Ambassador for Lugrade’s Salted Dried Ray.
