Ingredients

400 g Lugrade Bacalao Loin

2 garlic cloves

1 l olive oil

Peppers Mix

Juniper

Laurel

Preparation

Slowly heat the olive oil with the rolled garlic and the spices. Place the raw Lugrade Bacalao Loin in a jar and pour the hot flavoured olive oil over it. Put it aside for two hours and then it will be ready to serve.
