Canned Cod with Spices
Ingredients

 

 

400 g of Cod Fillets

1 l of olive oil

Black pepper q.b.

Pink pepper q.b.

Allspice q.b.

Rosemary q.b.

Preparation

Put the oil to heat slowly with the spices and rosemary.

Place the raw Cod Loin in a jar and pour the hot flavored oil on top. Let it act for a few hours.
