Ingredients

500 g of Soaked Tongues

4 eggs

300 g of flour

Flower of Salt q.b.

Oil q.b.

Preparation

Heat the oil.
Beat the eggs and season with flower of falt
Coat the Tongues in egg and flour.
Fry in hot oil until golden.
