Olive Bread with Lugrade Cod Mousse
Ingredients

4 Olive Breads

200 g Lugrade Cod

200 ml olive oil

100 g onions

2 garlic cloves

Salt

Pepper

Preparation

Place the Lugrade Cod in a tray with the onions, the garlic and the olive oil. Put the tray in the oven and set it at 160 ° for 1 hour. In the end grind everything until it forms a mousse. Spread the bread with this mousse. You can choose some aromatic herbs to decorate.
