Traditional Cod Salad
Ingredients

500 g of Soaked Cod

200 g sliced onion

2 garlic cloves

50 g of chopped coriander

Olive oil q.b.

Vinegar q.b.

Flower of salt q.b.

pepper q.b.

Preparation

Shred the Cod, previously cleaned of skin and bones.
On a cutting board, slice the onion, chop the garlic and coriander. Add to Cod.
Wrap everything. Season with salt and pepper.
Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar to taste, wrap and serve immediately.
