Lugrade embarked on a journey of tradition and flavor into the past to discover the origins of our cod and transported the best of this era to the present. VINTAGE – It was the name given to the cure of cures. The cure that represents the best of our history and covers our cod with a gastronomic flag for generations. The Vintage cured cod is a limited edition of 4100 copies, which are numbered to guarantee its authenticity.
