Roast Lugrade Cod
Ingredients

4 Lugrade Cod Loins

1 kg Small Potatoes

300 gr Salt

100 ml Olive Oil

2 Garlic cloves

Preparation

Place the potatoes with salt in a baking tray and put it in the oven. Bake at 170ᵒC for about 50 minutes. In another tray, place the Lugrade Cod loins and drizzle with olive oil. Roll the garlic and roast at the same temperature as the potatoes for 12 minutes. Serve with the olive oil from the cod baking tray.
