Soaking Tips

During the soaking process, the bacalao should be placed in a container with cold water inside the refrigerator.

 
Recommended soaking times:

The water should be changed only once a day. The correct hydration of the bacalao will result in a perfect flaking of the fish after cooking.

 

Suggestions:
  • Ade ice cubes during the water changes.
  • Lay the bacalao skin-side up in the water.
  • Use the O Fiel Soaking Device.
