500 g of Soaked Samos
100 g of coriander
1 clove of garlic
Colorau q.b.
Olive oil q.b.
Vinegar q.b.
Flower of salt q.b.
Cook the Samos in water seasoned with salt, previously cleaned. Remove and let cool.
Chop the coriander, garlic and cut the samosas into strips.
In a bowl, place the Samos, coriander and garlic.
Season to taste with olive oil, vinegar, paprika and flower of salt.
Toss everything together and it’s ready to serve.
