Boiled Lugrade Cod
Ingredients

4 Lugrade Cod Loins

1 kg Potatoes

500 gr Carrots

1 kg Cabbage

4 Eggs

1 Tablespoon salt

Olive oil

Preparation

Start by peeling the carrots and the potatoes. Cut them as desired and have them cooked in a saucepan with salt and water. Put the eggs in a pot with water and boil them for 7 minutes. The point is that the yolk does not get too cooked. Boil the cabbage in water and salt for a few minutes. For Lugrade Cod, put water, salt and olive oil in a pan. Once the water has boiled,
immerse the Cod and turn off the stove. Leave the cod in this water for 10 minutes and it will be ready to be served. Add the potatoes, the carrots, the eggs and the cabbage and drizzle with olive oil to taste.
